Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products, Queen Esther Hair does not offer refunds or exchanges on opened, worn, or altered items. All sales are final once products have been used, installed, or tampered with in any way.

Refund Policy

Refunds may only be considered for items that are defective or incorrect upon delivery and must be reported within 24h of receiving the order. to be eligible, products must remain in their original packaging, unaltered, and unused.
