Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During sales or restocks, processing may take up to 5 business days due to high order volume.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details once payment is received and again once your order ships.
Shipping Time & Options

Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

International Shipping: 7–15 business days (delivery time may vary by location and customs processing)
We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic and international deliveries. We also use private transit for international deliveries. They provide us with a specific date at which your package will arrive to you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website. If using a private carrier to deliver your package, we will communicate directly with you and update you on every steps.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before checkout.
Queen Esther Hair is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Queen Esther Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If this occurs, please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly with them.
We’re always happy to assist you with tracking support.
Pre-Order & Custom Wig Orders
Custom or pre-order wigs require additional time for production — typically 7–10 business days before shipping.
You’ll receive updates throughout the process.
International Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
Queen Esther Hair has no control over these additional charges. However we make sure we use the most efficient and costless carriers to deliver your package.
Delivery Delays
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but unforeseen delays (such as weather, customs, or carrier issues) may occur.
